I live and work on Budjalung Country, near the Cavanbah, meeting place. An area also known as Byron Bay and surrounding hills. I recognise and honour that country, language, culture, land and waters, and the living and ancestral connection that exists for all indigenous people to these are matters of current and vital importance to all First Nation Australians. I pay my deep respect to elders past, present and those emerging.

WomanSpeak in the Byron Shire is led by Certified Leader Annalee Atia with ongoing classes and workshops offered in Byron Bay, Mullumbimby and Brunswick Heads. Annalee is a producer with 20 years experience, speaker, live radio + podcast host, the founder of non-profit PBB Media, she is national president of Maternity Choices Australia and is a fierce advocate for women.  She has been leading WomanSpeak trainings since early 2018.
